False positive (Daemon tools lite, uninst.exe) ?

Just wondering if this is a false positive, because i asked the software developer if their software contained spyware and they said it must of been a false positive.

the program is daemon tools lite and i opted out of the optional adware (so it shouldn’t of been installed)

unfortunately i deleted all the positives so i don’t have them but i can give you guys the original installer.

I tested the uninstaller from Daemon tools lite v4.30.1 and there was no FP.

There are two different versions:
v4.30.1
v3.47

Am using Dt Lite version v4.30.1 and upon my first system scan, CAV3 indeed it flagged it incorrectly.

Yes. I too had a False Positive for Daemon Tools Lite 4.30.1’s uninst.exe.
