An utility for registry editing on Windows Mobile operating systems.

Detected as: Heur.Packed.Unknown

pass: uninfected

Strange because virustotal not find it, but here is find as heur.packed .unknown Virus database 1223

I find why virustotl not detected those files… I have heuristics on medium. If i disable heuristics, cis did not find anything…
