False alerts

Hi, I use CIS in Windows 7 and I have cygwin installed on my PC. CIS reports cygwin programs as potential threat (I disagree) and I would like these alerts (106) to go away.

Here is a sample -

What do I do to switch these alerts off

Does adding the files to the AV exclusions do the trick here?
