Failure to notify existence of new messages/posts

How Can I Help Comodo? (Please We Need You!) Report Comodo Forum / Web Site Issues

When I looked for replies to my query, I got:
a) Hey, Arkwright, you have 0 messages, 0 are new. …Also-
b) No messages… (under “Show new replies to your posts.”)
I found the replies by Searching for my original msg & finding replies underneath.)

See my post " Mid-scan hang" and replies from LM.

I’m not aware of any issues, nor have we had similar complaints from other users.

I will investigate and let you know if any problems are discovered.

OK. It did exactly the same with your reply - zero msgs.
You could always send a reply to this post then immediately log in to my account.
