This is the third time we try to install a free SSL from Comodo for our site
We’ve followed all the instructions on the knowledge base in the Comodo’s Support Section:

Generate a CSR using control panel (H-Sphere). And storing : csr, private key, and temporary certificate
before “click next and sending/installing them”.

Confirming our webmaster’s account by entering “validation code” sent by Comodo.

Entering the Certificate received by Comodo following the instructions from Comodo’s support.

And It is in this point “Certificate Authority File” where it stops working… We get this message:
Failed to update SSL Config
Different key and certificate
We would very much appreciate your help in this issue because it is a live commercial site that needs to
have secure areas with your trial certificate in order to buy a 2 year certificate after the trial period.
