I failed the ping test in GRC Shieldsup. Not sure if it is because i’m on LAN and hence there are two additional entries in network control rules allowsing IP in and out. Is this the reason and can I do something about it? Thanks!

Hi, may I ask why you defined your zone as such? I think the best thing to do here is, uninstall, then reinstall with Auto configuration to set things right. I noticed you have scattered posts with somewhat a garbled issue in each and it seems many different problems. I honestly think a fresh install, letting Comodo autoconfig, will possibly solve these issues.

I might have clicked “Add a zone” without knowing what I was doing. Well, I reinstalled and everything seems fine now. Thanks!
