explorer.exe and cmdagent.exe

defence+ always blocks this:

Application: C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
Action: Access Memory
Target: C:\Program Files\COMODO\Firewall\cmdagent.exe

is this normal? I get this atleast once a week? What is causing this?

This is completely unknown to me. However, I’m interested in knowing the results - do you block or allow? What happens? Have you tweaked any D+ rules for explorer.exe?
