$$$EXHB.exe - what's this?

After update to CIS 10 sometimes I have alert that “C_cmd.exe_3CA8F05D9D82171FA6DF44F08EF9C74372913C39.bat” is going to run.
File is located in c:\ProgramData\Comodo\Cis\tempscrpt.…

In .bat file I see: start “title” “C:\Users\mv\AppData\Local\Temp$$$EXHB.exe” "/verysilent

What’s this?

An application you are using is executing cmd.exe with those arguments, this is the new detect embedded code HIPS setting taking affect. If you trust the application and this is part of its normal operation, then you can trust the .bat file.
