Exclusion List

Hi, I am constantly having to restore Remote Admin (Radmin) version 2.1. I have to
disable on access scanner then restore it…

then I can start the application… this is not a virus/spam program… how do I tell
comodo to ignore special folders and files?

Also I am seeing BSOD if r_server.exe is set to start automatically. If i Disable it no problems.
I dont really use r_server i only use the rviewer

so how do i exclude files / folders that i dont want CAVS to scan
on the access scanner? Or any other means.

thanks

Right click your CAVS tray icon and click help the help file will appear.

If you select ‘Configuring and using Comodo AntiVirus’ and then ‘settings’ then ‘on-access protection’ then ‘on-access scan settings’ there is an explanation of how to exclude files from on-access scanning.

I would have posted the instructions here but it is probably better if you read the help file as it is quite well written.
