Just installed on Win 11 22H2. Installation went well with the exception of the installation of Killswitch (package corrupted error).

1). Noted that by default Containment was disabled- That must be changed to ENABLED immediately!).
2). HIPS gone (a good idea as any HIPS can be bypassed by devious minds).
3). VirusScope works fine even in the absence of the installation of the on-demand AV module).
4). the default level of containment is Cruel.
5). Really, really, really need to have the Firewall application rules able to be shown.
6). The download folder is not protected by default, thus stuff residing there can be encrypted.

Anyway, did a quick and dirty test using diverse types of malware (25 old standards and 25 thingies found this past week). Ran each sequentially, let them run, gave permission to connect out at every FW popup (not EVER a good idea by the way).

Checked all the nastiness that was in Containment, flushed it out, rebooted. On post-reboot analysis the system was devoid of any malicious signs.

On the whole, except for what was previously mentioned, an Optimal job for an initial beta.

I reinstalled CIS 2024 (12.3.0.8084), ran “Full Scan”, no problems with the network.

@ilgaz @1807 Guys please take your time on getting the beta ready. From comments the version seems more like an alpha than a beta version.
Please consider that for many testers you’ll have people upgrading their main systems. Not all try them on VMs, bare metal servers, etc
Least thing you should want from these releases is to get unstable systems on your community testers. That will only accomplish pushing them away from helping the software become what is intended to be.
