"Event ID 11 Wininit" on every boot.

I replied to this Bug report https://forums.comodo.com/format-verified-issue-reports-cis/comodo-firewall-guard64dll-event-id-11-wininit-nbz-t69441.0.html but do not know if this will accomplish anything. What does NBZ mean on the subject line? Since it is listed in the Verified Issues Reports, does this mean it is being addressed? It is over a year old. How do I determine what the status is?
