I just installed Comodo this morning and made all the settings and updates, but I always have problems downloading the website databases during the updates and it gives an error and the website database update is not applied. Can you please fix this? I use Comodo Internet Security Premium. Note: The application is in Turkish.

May i know your CIS version ?
And are you using any vpn software ?
We have tested and found that website database is updated without any issue.
