Hello, I have the same issue, regarding the Error of “On Access Scanner”, please advise how to correct this. Please reply to my email, am not to familiar to the forum yet. latent21985@mypacks.net
I have tried what ever was required to do, and not able to succeed.

I was using CAV Beta 1.1 and the On-Access Scanner did not work, was always OFF.
Tech support told me to download the new CAV Beta 2.0.10.37
It works great!
The On-Access Scanner works ON all the time.
