Yes another person with this error. ;D
I was looking at my commodo on the summary tab and noticed that there was an update available. I was surprised that I didn’t get the normal popup so I first went to the website and compared the latest update version to the one I had. 3.0.14.276 to the latest 3.0.15.277.
So I went into Misc and checked for updates. It said there was an update available and told me to click next to proceed with the update. This is the point where I get the error.

I am running
WinXP (sp2) Home Edition version 2002
Comodo Firewall Pro
SpywareBlaster
AVG free edition 7.5.516
SUPERAntiSpyware 3.9.1008
WinPatrol 12.2.2007.0:0:12.2.2007.0
The strange thing is, that now when I check to see what version I have, it now says that I have 3.0.15.277. But the update never went thru. And when looking at the summary tab it still shows that there is a new update available. Also when I click to check for updates it still says that there is an update available, but again when I click next to proceed I get the error.
Any ideas?
