Error 0x80004005 on database update

Hi, I’m having the error on the database update. Tried manual import, but fails as well. Please see the files attached and let me know if I can provide additional information.

Run and attach a diagnostic report.

For now I fixed problem by the re-installation. But I will do if it would fail again.
