i unInstalled version and install it again but the problem is not solved
Did you follow all of the methods which I recommended in that topic, including running the removal tools in Safe Mode?
Okay, does running the CIS diagnostics find any errors? If so, does it say that it could not fix them?
In that case are the following the correct steps for reproduction?
- Click button for “Watch Activity”
- Accept the license agreement
- The file is downloaded
- Upon installation I get the error shown in the below screenshot
