Enablin DHCP service

I am running CPF on a Windows 2003 server which is my DHCP server. Currently in order for the DHCP clients to recieve an IP I have to allow all or shutdown the firewall. Is there a way to allow the DHCP service to recieve client requests?

Hey petepn,

You’ll need to give svchost.exe Internet access for it to work. I had the same problem in the beginning, but after I allowed svchost.exe to connect to Internet I’ve had no problems with it. As far as I know, DHCP client uses svchost.exe. Try it and see if it works
