Is it possible to prolong certificate?, and what will happen with my emails which are encrypted with that expired certificate if I install new, will I lose that emails?

It is not possible to prolong a certificate. Regarding the expired certificate, as long as it remains installed on the machine in the certificate store (i.e. you don’t manually delete it) you will be able to view any encrypted emails which rely on it.

Do you mean the browser’s certificate store?. I couldn’t read my old encrypted mails even when my old certificate is existed in my browser’s certificate store, I can able to read it only after installing my old certificate into my email client.
