Ekag20nt.exe defense+ alert trying to hook into c:\windows/system32/svchost

This is a file for Lucid Logix Virtu MVP. I looked it up on the web and some say if the location is in system32 it’s malware. The location is in VirtuMVP but it is trying to hook system32.

Is this file okay and is the behavior normal?
