Easycleaner by Toni Arts

But what do these Trusted Vendors refers to i.e These Trusted Vendors refers to Local Trusted Vendor Lists or Cloud Trusted Vendor Lists or any other Hidded Whitelists. Coz If it refers to local then the vendor should be in the local TVL or if it refers too cloud then there should be an entry in the D+ events scanned online & found safe. But easycleaner is not a trusted vendor in local & cloud so there should be an Unlimited Rights popup for easycleaner, right?? OR this trusted vendors refers to any hidden trusted vendors lists for which no entry/rules/logs are created??

My experience is difference from this. You will still get no popup from a trusted installer even if you unmark “automatically trust file from trusted vendors”. But you may get get popups from the installed application if the execute file(s) of the application is(are) unknown files.

Hello naren,

If you wish to see what CIS is doing to safe applications once they run

You may open CIS > Defense+ > Defense+ Settings > Check “create rules for safe applications”

Did this help?
