Anyway, I’ve reported this issue, when ECDDAE is being silently blocked and today I finally know what is causing it. At first, I thought it was D+, since by it’s disabling app is working again. But today I’ve reinstalled my Win7. After first launch with CIS installed it was working. But after updating AV database, app is blocked.
That makes it sound like it is a false positive.
What clues do the AV and D+ logs give?
Absolutely nothing.
Out of curiosity I installed the trial version and it worked. I am on Win 7 x32 with CIS v4 Proactive with Sandbox enabled.
