duplicated locations for installation files

there are 2 locations for installation files, do we need them both?

1 - C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Installer
2- C:\ProgramData\Comodo Downloader\cis\download\installs\xml_binaries

found another location

C:\Users\All Users\Comodo\Installer

now there are 3 installation files? why Comodo?
