Hello,
Quite often when rules are updated Apache goes down because of duplicate rules.
I found out that it is often caused by files in /var/cpanel/cwaf/etc/httpd/domains folder for accounts/domains that are removed from the server or transferred to another server and therefore causing duplicate rules.
Could you see if this is something you can fix?
It does happen really frequently actually
