I made a backup around July 11th, 2016 and I am now trying to access the backup contents. The mounting screen shows no drive letter to mount to. When I try a restore, there it either freezes or gets stuck at 0% (tested for 8 hours). It would be a major help if I could get this mounted. Thanks!
