Since I’ve installed CFP, any pages I upload appear blank on the
server and with zero byte size. Any idea what adjustments I can make?

Strange one that eh!
Haven’t used dreamweaver in a while. I take it you use dreamweaver not a seperate ftp prog to upload your files.
Some Things you could try
Clear your comodo logs (right click in the log window, clear), try an upload, if anything in the logs export to html and post here.
Set comodo to allow all and try an upload.
Try another ftp program and see if it works.
