It seems this process is running all the time even when Dragon is not open
and has a TCP connection ( Close_wait status)
Is this necessary to be running all the time?
I do not have automatic updates enabled

Hi TheBFG,
You can disable the service and still check for updates manually through About Comodo Dragon.
Go to Windows start menu, type services.msc into the search bar and open services.
Double click the Dragon Update Service , set to disable, apply (Stop) and OK.
It will not start automatically next boot.
Note: You will still get notified about updates at Dragon launch.
