Good report, that. I’ve been interested in Chrome, but the one time that I tried it (about a month ago) and then uninstalled it, some of my settings had been changed.
During the installation I took care to check all options so as to avoid anything dubious and also had D+ popping up to tell me what was happening, but Chrome still wanted to be my default browser!
I wonder if Dragon could be based on Chromium instead. It’s Open Source and, apparently, stripped of the nasty bits.
