Don't have access to a phone bill for validation - what now

Hi there,

Does anyone know what the official policy is if I don’t have a phone bill during validation for a code signing certificate. The certificate will be in my corporation’s trading name. All other documents were accepted. I operate this business from my home so there’s no phone bill under the trading name. I’ve offered to get a signed document from my bank which someone can then call for confirmation. The invoice at time of purchase even states that alternative methods are possible if a particular document is difficult to come by. There seems to be no flexibility however. Are there any other possibilities besides a phone bill (a cheque with my phone number for instance). Thanks in advance.
