Dome Shield, Security Rule and Category Rule are not applied

Hi,

I have configured Security and catergory rule correctly, and the Check policy have been working before,
but now when i use the Check Policy: Security Rule and Category Rule it says its not applied,
however Check Blacklist rule works. (blacklist always works)

Note: I have configured the Category rules to block: Advertisements & Popups
and the Overview, Top Blocked Domains from net, says its still blocking Advertisements & Popups websites.

I have also configured a custom Block Page for my Network, but the stock block page are still showing upp.

Edit: tested again with Dome shield free 1.13 and the check security and category test page now works like it should.

but my custom block page still wont work, the default is shown when i try to vissit ask.com (which i have added to the blacklist)
My custom block page will use the default pic with a custom text.
The block page is also added to my network.

Edit: Btw the custom block page works for some time
