Our domain was falsely listed as spam by Valkyrie Verdict (just today)

Can you look into why it was listed as Spam on Valkyrie Verdict? We have a great score on https://www.mail-tester.com and have done all the necessary steps to maintain the sender reputation with SPF and DKIM
If it was listed in error, can you remove it from your blacklist? If not, can you let us know what was causing the spam categorization so we can fix it.
