I was using mirc when a popup displays mirc is trying to connect to ip 178.255.87.3 on port 443 I allowed the request, then later I asked #mirc why mirc tried to do that, they said is because of comodo installing certsentry on it because it checks for revoked certificates, is this the case? btw I’m not using ssl with mirc.
today i found explorer.exe trying to connect to this ip on port 80, i did a quick internet search and this thread came up. I have comodo dragon and comodo internet security installed so is this related?
