Yes, the Application Monitor allows, or can filter, TCP/UDP inbound traffic against processes.

But, that inbound traffic needs to get passed the Network Monitor first.

i understand, so even a netrule passed total tcp/udp in, app monitor reacts i read it.

where you see a leak? the sort order of monitored apps? or why i care a open port then?

You’ll need to expand on “leak” before I can answer that. Do you mean “weakness”?
