Do programs running contained stay fully contained if given uac?

as the title suggests

Yes User Account Control is just a permission to say go. The container which I still call the Comodo sandbox is still secure.

i mean the aplication running in the container/sanbox is asking for uac not comodo

The OS will ask for permission to launch unknown applications (administrator rights). Once you give permission unknown applications will be next meet the container and then depending on your config it will automatically sandbox it or prompt you for an answer. Just my opinion if your running unknown applications contained then UAC is a waste of time.

yes thats why im asking

You saying something sand boxed is prompting you for UAC permission ? Never seen that. I automatically contain unknown applications with UAC disabled. Even if you say yes it’s still cut off from the OS. Either way your safe.
