According to Comodo they state it does not happen with 12.0.0.6850, if you still can reproduce the bug please make a reply here.

Do you still face this issue with CIS v12.0.0.6882? If so, could you please export and send us your current CIS configuration.

Please check with v12.1.0.6914 RC to see if you still have the issue.

Please check with v12.2.0.6938 using a clean install thanks.
