Digital Signature error

I am working on getting my email cert working correctly, I have the encryption half working, however, I am unable to attach the digital signature piece. If I try, I get error message from Outlook “A required action was not successful because of unspecified error.” Click OK. I am looking for help to correct this issue.

I went through all the links which I felt were related to my issue and found none which solved my problem. I have attached a screen shot of the error from the email I was trying to send as a test. Should I open another support ticket to help solver this
