Different rules for home WiFi and smartphone hotspot

Hello guys. I just bought a new ultrabook with Win10, and right now I configured it to use my Samsung Note3 hotspot. Both are using WiFi.

It’s working, whatismyip.com pointed correct different IPs.

Now I need to configure access rules. I want a broader, still secure, access when using home WiFi. And restrict internet access to just a few app when using Note3 WiFi.

I was hoping to create 2 network zones on Comodo and use customize its Rulesets so that default Allowed Application and Outgoing Only would work only for Home WiFi, and create a new Ruleset for apps allowed to use Note3. The issue I’m having ATM is that Win10 seems to recognize both access points as the same WiFi connection, so Comodo doesn’t recognize them as different zones.

They are set on different networks and have different IPs, so could I still manually setup 2 zones based on that? If this is the best solution, is there any tutorial teaching how to do it? If not, can somebody suggest me a better solution?

A side question. Can you suggest me some Win10 app that shows on systray which WiFi I’m connected on and lets me quickly change them?

I’m also looking for a way to set priority on which WiFi should it connect. If Home WiFi is available it should disconnect from smartphone and connect to it. When it becomes unavailable, it should try to connect to smartphone. I’ve noticed that when I activate hotspot my Note3 disconnects from Home WiFi, so I’ll probably have to manage it manually and I’ll look for an Android app to help me on that too, but anyway I still want my ultrabook to be as most automatic and versatible as possible.

Well I managed to make ultrabook connect to smartphone by bluetooth. That would avoid both access points being recognized as a single connection. But Comodo simply rejects doing so.

With smartphone providing access from bluetooth, that freed its WiFi to stay connected to Home WiFi. And it worked! With WiFi disconnected on my ultrabook, it was able to access internet passing thru my router and modem, but first passing thru my smartphone! Trace route proved it was working!

I also disable WiFi on smartphone, that sent it into 4G connection, and again ulrabook was able to access internet using a completely different rote.

I also tried both connections together: 4G and wired. Trace route prefered the wired connection.

And finally reconnect smartphone back to WiFi.

All those tests with Comodo Manage Networks opened. It ALWAYS showed a single network, Home #1. I tried refreshing and rebooting with no luck. When both connections were active, it showed both IPs and gateways, but STILL a single network.

I think I’ll give up
