what is the difference between the defense + malware heuristic analyses and the av heuristics?

Difference?

Between AV = Anything that is malware like

D+ = Analyzing the file to see all the commands that may take place (ie program.vbs/.exe/.bat wants to connect it will display an alert / program.vbs wants to access dns/rpc client etc)
