Difference between InstantSSL and ComodoSSL certificates

Hi,
In my management panel, i see both InstantSSL and ComodoSSL certificates for the same domain,
However one has expiry date of Nov-15 and the other is July-18.

Could someone explain the difference between the two ?
The order was placed by a colleague of mine so i’m not really sure how the order was made in first place.

Hi Ghirsch, welcome to Comodo Forums.

Comodo SSL are domain validated (DV) Certificates, whereas InstantSSL are mainly Organization Validation (OV) Certificates.
