Detected but not cleaned

I am sorry I don’t know where to report this malicious files that Comodo was NOT able to “clean” but was able to detect. The file info is as follows:

11/14/2008 6:10pm c:\windows\system32\psyche.com
11/12/2008 10:30am c:\windows\system32\psycheenqueue.exe

When I opened the command box and try to delete the files using the “del” command the command box was closed automatically each time. Only way I was able to remove these files was to boot the machine in the safe mode.
