On the (full) scan scheduling edit screen, two important options, including one selected by default, are off screen and have to be scrolled to.

Enlarge the scheduling screen so that all the options are visible.
3. Why you think it is desirable:
It’s one thing when there are a lot of options and it’s obvious that some are off screen, such as the Scan Options box, but when there are only two more options it’s not as obvious and easy to miss the scroll bar on the right. Since one of those two, scan only when computer is idle, is chosen by default, it’s easy to miss why scans aren’t being run.
