Every time I run the backup it will go through and clean out old files. These files arn’t old though. And if I run the back up job right after I just ran it will go through and delete old files again even if nothing has changed.
Why does it do this? The following is just an example but there are hundreds more… the entries don’t seem to be files or they don’t have extensions. Nothing seems to be deleted. Why does it do this every time?

I’m not sure that I understand what is going on for you. Are you asking Backup to delete these files or are you deleting them yourself and Backup putting them back? Is it deleting files that should not be deleted? In your example in “old files” a folder in E:\Wedding? In your logs it will show your file extensions. What setting are you using for Backup Mode? Is it copy with deleting other than source files?

My apologies on the vagueness of the original post. I have come to understand what it’s doing I think… I just want to make sure all is being backed up properly. My curiosity makes me need to know…
I am running a Copy with Deleting other than source files. No special options… User Backup
I think it’s listing the folders as it checks them for changes, Is this correct?
I do have one folder that it says there are files being deleted but they are still there. The folder in question is not actually in the backup routine it is simply on the destination backup drive.
Is it better to copy it into a sub directory instead of the root of another drive? Example below of log…
