The setting doesn’t work , I don’t know whether I can use “" or “?” here , the CFP doesn’t block that I create “a.txt” at "C:" until I change “?:\a.txt” or ":\a.txt” to “C:\a.txt” . Could I use “*” or “?” here?

When I do something , the CFP gives me an alarm , then I allow it but don’t remember it , if I do the same thing what I have done , the CFP doesn’t give me an alarm anymore . eg, I start a process , the CFP gives me an alarm , I allow it but don’t remember the process , then I stop it and start it again , there isn’t an alarm anymore . I create a file in a folder which is watched by CFP , it gives me an alarm and I agree it but don’t remember it ,then I delete the file and create it again , there is no alarm. The registry defence is same.
