Defense+ is not functioning properly! 3.0.18.309

Hi.

I am using 3.0.18.309 Comodo Firewall Pro. I always got the error, that Defense+ is not functioning properly. When I run Diagnostics I get the message that everything is OK. But Defense+ is not working. I already uninstalled and installed it again, also uninstalled my virus scanner before. Nothing helped. Always the same. What can I do?
