Defense+ doens't start

At the moment I have very limited account privileges, is this the reason why it doesn’t start?
Also I’ve tried diagnostic tool, but it doesn’t start for the same reason!

What was the solution?

Simply restarting Windows! (I had a VERY limited account that time)

What was the reason you had limited account privileges? Was that caused by your system administrator/Windows settings or by CIS?

I think it was a Windows problem, that time it didn’t started properly…at least as far as I know.
