Defense+ constantly gives me pending files to review when Norton updates certain files located in “documents and settings/all users/application data/norton”, despite the fact that I have attempted to implement a rule that all files in that specific Norton folder are safe. What am I doing wrong? Sometimes, if I fail to manually mark those pending files as safe or if I remove them, Norton turns itself off. Suggestions?
