Defense Allow Program To Run

Hello,

  I received a prompt from Comodo asking to let a program run and access my computer screen to draw. The program is my wallpaper changer I run within the Vista SideBar. I chose the block option by mistake. I would like this program to run and have access to my computer screen. But ever since I chose block the program runs but no wallpaper changes on my computer screen. Can someone please tell me what to change for this to happen? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Please look in Defense+ / Computer Security Policy

Find the program click edit, then Customize, then click Modify where you see (?/1) [?= could be any number from 0 upwards]

Choose Blocked and removed whatever you blocked then click apply on all.
