Defence+ doesn't work - error message

I have Comodo Internet Security in my computer (Windows Vista), the version is 3.14.130099.587 (it isn’t the latest version, is it?)
Now I get t a message that Defence+ doesn’t work right. I try to run diagnostic but it doesn’t work either. I click “run diagnostic” button, first it seems to start but then it just stops… and nothing.
I also have another problem, I can’t update CIS. I use Mozilla Firefox, and when I try to update I only get an error message 0x80004002.

What’s the problem? Should I just uninstall CIS and install it again? How can I uninstall it?

Your version is the latest of the 3.14 branch. The latest version of CIS is v 4.0.141842.828.

What are you trying to update? The AV or the program?
