I checked the logs but see no locking activity; I only see the move.
Was it locked long or only shortly? Some mods will first lock and then move a topic. I never lock a topic before moving it. If it was only shortly you may have tried to access it while it was being moved.
When such a thing happens you can always send a pm to an online moderator asking to look into it. We are not in the habit of locking topics: we leave them open rather than locking them.
I moved the topic but i never locked anything so idk why it showed as locked
