Date doesn't follow regional settings

Win7x64 Home Premium
CBU 4.0.6

I have regional date/time set to display yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm but CBU displays dd-MM-yyyy HH:mm (i.e. “18-10-2011 (13:15) - Upcoming events”).

Additionally, it does the same in the Manage|Events tab entries.
