database update Error: 0x80070002

hello

when i update the database sometimes i get a error Error: 0x80070002 - El sistema no puede encontrar el archivo especificado.

On cis 12.2.2.7062

this can than database in servers of comodo update an new database;
error in network…
you can try add

us4.download.comodo.com and cdn.download.comodo.com
in settings host connections in comodo internet security;

But why only sometimes fail? the rest of updates done without error. only database

It’s a Server error, which usually clears in a short time. Nothing to worry about at all

Hi Evonne Millier,

We have checked database update with both Cis V12.2.2.8012 and Cis pro V12.2.4.8032, database updated to v34965.
So, it might be a network glitch kindly restart your machine and check again.
